Deep Fat Fry Cleaner
A concentrated alkaline emulsifier which cleans baked on soils in deep fat fryers, ovens, rotisseries, broilers and other food equipment. Penetrates, loosens and removes greasy carbonized build-ups with a minimum of effort. Shortening in fryers stays fresh longer in equipment which is kept clean. Low foaming formulation holds loosened oils and grease in suspension for easy rinsing and removal. Effective in a variety of applications on grease, oil, protein and carbonized build-ups.
